Although born in the USA, D C Hubbard has lived her adult life in Europe, mainly in Germany. She came late to writing, and perhaps that's the reason that she always writes about something that really matters to her. Her first novel "The Peace Bridge" was published in 2015. The story and themes reflect her preoccupation with 20th century German history.
Several short stories in German are soon to be published in various anthologies.
