Old lady poet and lyricist. I have two CDs out on CD Baby A FRIENDLY TALK and HAVE YOU MET THE WILD HYOTIES, lyrics by me, music by Beatrix Greiner and Dave Lefever. I have one husband, three children and six grandchildren 19 to 7.
I went to Kunsthåndværkerskolen in Copenhagen, studied ceramics at Alfred U. in NY, studied English at ISU, Ill, and I was a potter for several years, making cups and casseroles and really nice tea pots. I was born in Denmark, came to the USA at the age of 20 with my husband, who is from NJ. He was my fellow student in ceramics in Kunsthåndværkerskolen. I like to travel and to cook. I read widely and I am wild about my family. I have Parkinson's - have had it for many years, and try to ignore it as much as possible. At the moment I am recuperating from a broken hip, but that will mend. Parkinson's will have to compete with age in my eventual demise. In the meantime I love life though I wish the earth were better managed and that humans were kinder.
