I've been writing since 2006. My work focuses on life in the 21st Century. From a fictional small town in Iowa, to real places like Las Vegas and Bangkok, my fiction deals with many different themes and characters, either timeless and esoteric. I do not write science fiction or fantasy, but I'll read it so long as it speaks to and about the world we live in. Science fiction can offer amazing insight into the real world and I envy anyone capable of generating such work. Some of my writing has appeared in The Coe Review, The Raleigh Review, Denver Syntax, Ditch Poetry, The Big Stupid Review, Midwest Magazine, Bull Magazine, Hobart, and smaller presses.
