Paloma Capanna (Paloma)

I write. Everything. Anywhere. Any time. Pen, pencil, magic marker. Morning, noon, or night. Better with a cup of hot decaf in the morning. Frappes make it more fun in the afternoon. I love editing as much as writing, which means I have multi-colored markers for revising my multi-genre writing. Since 2018 and a move to coastal North Carolina, I've been focused on writing and I've been seeing my name in print. Essays, including my slim volume, titled "Nearly Fifty," and an essay about adoption in "Flying South." Short stories, including one published in "Shoal" that was also nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Poetry, including a second prize for "Poetry of Witness" in Pinesong, published by the North Carolina Poetry Society. I'm hard at work on a full-length political thriller that I'm ready to start pitching to agents. It's titled "Inconclusive" and I hope you'll wander over to TheInconclusiveBlog.com to follow along on this journey and to share your thoughts! Paloma
