I am a poet, consultant, freelance editor of scientific research articles, aficionada of holistic medicine & natural healing, I live much of the time in rural Costa Rica on four acres where I am regenerating habitat - or more accurately, allowing la madre tierra to heal and regenerate itself - especially for habitat for birds. I am also starting some small permaculture projects on my land. I am translating some poems by Cuban poet Teresa Melo and by Guatemalan poet Rosa Chavez.
