Dan Lopez studied writing at the University of Central Florida. He is a past associate artist-in-residence at the Atlantic Center for the Arts where he worked with the poet and novelist Sapphire. His work is forthcoming or has appeared in Joyland, Storychord, Ducts, Prick of the Spindle, Time Out New York and Lambda Literary.
