Born 12/2/1935, and raised on small farm in Miamisburg,OH with 2 brothers and 5 sisters. I joined the Marine Corp after high school, returned home, married my wife (now 53 years) and raised two sons.
I have written since high school, and with my wife's support decided to pursue this passion by attending Ohio State U. & the University of Dayton, on the Korean Bill. Majoring in English, I gained lifelong friendships aligned with writing.
During this time, I moved my family to Houston, TX. from 1981 through 1996, where I was fortunate with the colleagues I met from writing groups in the area.
I have always owned and operated my own businesses. I now assist my son in his business in Dayton. My prime obsession is and will always be writing.
