Donna Lee Miele (donnamiele)

Donna Lee Miele lives and writes in New York's Hudson Valley. She was born in Brooklyn to an Italian-American father and Filipina mother, and absorbed a confused array of impressions from both traditions that inspire her work. She is a founding member of River River Writers’ Circle, a founding editor of River River Journal, and a member of the Inkwell Journal editorial board. Her fiction has appeared or is forthcoming in Ms. Aligned 3, Adelaide Literary Magazine, North Dakota Quarterly, and elsewhere. She was a finalist for the Salamander 2016 Fiction Prize, a Pushcart nominee, and received an honorable mention in the Glimmer Train Family Matters Contest. She received her MFA in 2014 from Manhattanville College.
