Elaine Greensmith Jordan lives in Arizona. Her memoir, Mrs. Ogg Played the Harp, published in 2012, won the Grand Prize in the Great Southwest Book Festival Contest. Other writing awards include the Nonfiction Prize from the Preservation Foundation and the Florida State Writing Competition. Her essays have appeared in South Loop Review, Passages, AARP Bulletin, New Works Review, The Georgetown Review and other journals and anthologies. These are among her first poems.
