I began writing poetry following my retirement from a career in Human Services Administration four years ago. In retirement I've taken several poetry classes and joined a poetry group. I enjoy exploring the various poetry forms and take inspiration from the canyon where I reside in Utah at 6,700 feet. I enjoy nature and hiking in the canyon as well as observing its wildlife and the changing seasons. I am interested in receiving feedback on my poetry.
