I am a working-to-break-in-nurse-turned-writer. (I quit nursing nine years ago to pursue writing. I wanted to inspire my kids to do what they truly loved and realized that I was not practicing what I preached. It was the best decision I ever made.)
I work at Corona Ace Hardware part-time to help make ends meet while I write. It's the perfect low-stress job, where I get to mingle with so many wonderful people.
I'm looking forward to trying out the unique process at Sixfold. Thank you to all at Sixfold for coming up with this wonderful concept for a literary magazine. We can always improve, and as a fledgling writer with only one self-published book, I appreciate this opportunity.
