Ian Bage was born in Sussex, England. He spent his youth reading 20th century European literature, smoking French cigarettes, and living in obscure bohemian poverty. He holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of East Anglia, and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Cincinnati. Ian is the author of Desire, a novel based on Ovid’s myth of Narcissus. Ian has also published The Manifesto of Love, a collection of poetry in three volumes. Ian lives on Whidbey Island in Washington State.
