I'm a high-school English teacher in South Florida. Originally from the UK, I moved to the US in 2014 where I live with my daughter and our ever-growing menagerie: a dog, two cats, an indoor rabbit, and a fish. I've written poetry since I was 14. I sponsor my school’s spoken word club, Write the Waves, which was twice semi-finalist in the Bluapple Louder Than a Bomb performance poetry competition. In my spare time, I'm part of a Transatlantic online book club, I also enjoy running, cycling, going to the beach with my daughter, and telling terrible jokes.
