I am a writer and communications professional with the United Nations in New York where I was born and have lived most of my life. A national of both Italy and the United States, I have lived several years in France, Italy and Egypt. Professionally, my work focuses on political, humanitarian and human rights issues. I studied fiction at the Sackett Street Writer’s Workshop and memoir with Phyllis Raphael, and have published my work in “The Adirondack Review,†where I am also the Foreign Language Editor. I hold a B.A. in journalism and Italian literature from New York University and an M.A. in international affairs from Columbia University.
