A native of rural Kansas, Justin Hunt lives in Charlotte, NC. In 2012, he retired from a long business career to write poetry and memoir. He is an International Publication Prize Winner in The Atlanta Review’s 2015 poetry competition. Hunt’s work appears in numerous anthologies and journals, among them What Matters (Jacar Press), Pinesong (NC Poetry Society), Kakalak (Main Street Rag Publishing Company), Pooled Ink (Northern Colorado Writers), The Freshwater Review (College of St. Scholastica) and Iodine Poetry Journal (forthcoming).
