Scott Ortega-Nanos is a bookseller, writer, and artist in Oakland California. He is the founder of Project Kalahati, a community printing press and diy publishing house in the heart of downtown Oakland, and Kalahati Books, a radical, community-based bookstore in the Fruitvale neighborhood of Oakland.
