I received my B.A. in English from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and M.A. from Kansas State University. My fiction, non-fiction, and poetry has appeared in student publications from both institutions. Currently, I live in Manhattan, Kansas, where I work as a communications coordinator for an engineering department at Kansas State University.
