Laura Vogt is a historian, poet, and storyteller. She is represented by Catherine Cho of Paper Literary and attended the University of Iowa's Writers’ Workshop at the University of Dublin. Her poetry is published in various journals, including Fourteen Hills, Pleiades, Chapter House, Rust & Moth, South Carolina Review, and Enchanted Living Magazine. A novelette, Blue Beyond the Sea, is published with Bottlecap Press, and her debut novel, a historical fiction and fabulism story based on her ancestor, placed on the short list for the Retreat West Opening Lines Contest and the long long list for the Cheshire Novel Prize.
