Laurie Holding lives in Sewickley, Pennsylvania with her husband and Tyrion, her dog who is a survivor of a dogfighting ring. Laurie and Tyrion have published two children's books, Tyrion's Tale and Tyrion's Town.
Laurie is a fiction author working under various pen names in collaboration with other writers of science fiction, mystery and short stories. She has published one solo cozy mystery, Planted on Perry Street, under her own name. Planted on Perry Street made the Page Turner Awards' Long List in 2022.
An award-winning poet, Laurie’s work has placed or won in the Goodreads Poetry Forum, Writer’s Digest Annual Poetry Contest, the Fish Publishing Poetry Prize, and the Maria W. Faust Sonnet Contest. Her first poetry chapbook is scheduled for a 2023 release.
