Me, I am an individual that writes from conscience. It is an urge within me that I cannot ignore. My writing history is, I believe, typical. I started writing in high school. When I entered college I thought that I was going to be a filmmaker, but I finished my BA at the University of New Mexico with a creative writing major. Fast forward twenty-five years, twenty-three of which I spent writing computer programs, and I found myself going for an MFA in creative writing. The BA and MFA are done, and I still am not a working writer. I may never get published, but I now know that I will be at peace as long as I continue to write. I have also reached a point that I am now ready to share with no other expectation than the reader's enjoyment.
