Mattias Apse resides in Mohkinstsis (Calgary, AB) on unceded Treaty 7 land, spending most days making coffee for businesspeople. They graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in 2022, where they served as editor-in-chief of the campus literary magazine, the Review, and studied literary criticism.
