Mauricio Varela is a Colombian born Fine Artist working and exhibiting for over twenty years in New York City. Prose and Poetry are mediums for the artist playing with ideas in language and form. Mixing the use of his native Spanish with the adopted English gives Mauricio the opportunity to find new solutions to creative compositions.
