Mezu Okigbo is an 11-year-old boy who has three siblings and three dogs. Mezu is about to publish his first book of poetry titled "What I saw when I stopped looking". His hobbies are soccer, listening to music, writing poetry, making videos, cooking, and spending time with his family. He loves writing poems about what it's like to grow up in Nigeria and what it's like growing up in a country with cultural conflict. He also writes poems about things around him, his feelings, and anything that comes to his mind.
