Currently I live in Ft Worth, TX.
Being a writer has always been my passion. As a student at Brookhaven College in Farmers Branch, TX I held several positions on the student newspaper, "The Courier" (including Assistant Editor/Photojournalist/Staff Writer); even receiving an award for Excellence in Journalism.
Though my previous experience has mainly been in the realm of news reporting, I'm no visitor in the creative writing universe. My "Master Plan" is to return to school to pursue degrees in Media Communications/Creative Writing simultaneously.
Besides being a passionate/aspiring writer I'm also an avid/hardcore music junkie with a extremely eclectic taste.
I believe that music is a window into the soul, and it's amazing how simple lyrics/an awesome musical track has the ability to instantly alter a person's mood/attitude/state of mind. I find it hauntingly similar to the effect that a great book/story can have on a person.
