Hello, I'm from central Vermont and I write poems. I study literature and poetry at a tiny college in southern Vermont and while I'm not there, I'm usually building or splitting things—mostly wooden things. My writing is both stressful and relieves me of stress simultaneously. It's a way for me to tell somebody—only my notebook, usually—all that I hide in my day-to-day life. In these nighttime hours, I can lose myself in writing and hope that, after the poem is done, I will build myself back up, and even a little higher, this time. Sometimes it works, often it doesn't. I hope you all enjoy my poetry. I hope you can find me in it.
