I inherited poetry from my brother, John Percival. We found a box of poems in his room after he committed suicide decades ago and I began to read poems. Reading led to writing. When I publish, I use my maiden name, Patricia Percival, to put the name my brother and I shared into print. My most recent publication is in The Southern Poetry Anthology,Volume V: Georgia.
