Victoria Riley is an Author who has written recognized short stories in her state newspaper. She was born and raised in Montana and has found her inspiration from the states beauty, Indian as well as African american heritage to complete her first book a Memoir, "Babs." She lives in Minnesota with her four children and husband. As a child care professional with studies in psychology she endeavors to embrace her heritage from the perspective of her youth and later as an adult looking back.
